Humak University of Applied Sciences

Humak provides studies in youth and community work, sign language interpreting and cultural management. Humak is the smallest University of Applied Sciences in Finland, but it is the largest educator in the field of youth and community work in Finland.

Humak offers degree programmes on youth and community work on the bachelor and master level; intake is 172 students on bachelor level, 25 students on master level and 35-50 adult students every year.
Humak participates actively in the development of youth work in Finland.
Humak has four regional centres around Finland: Helsinki capital area, Turku, Jyvaskyla and Kuopio. Each regional centre consists the campus(es) and the RDI (Research, Development and Innovation) -centre.
Humak has been nominated as a SocNet 98 – member in 2013.
